Sudan Civil Aviation Authority considered improving the revenue of its directorates.
In this intent, it went into an agreement with EFM in March 2010 consisting of reorganizing the operations and procedures of the concerned directorates through the adoption of management systems enabling to quantify the activities, inputs, outputs and resources (human, time and finance) of each directorate.

METHODOLOGY OF WORK ADOPTED
Sequential Stages
Traditional method used in the establishment of modern management systems and consisting of gap analysis, determination of processes, training of resources, management system implementation, auditing and monitoring, etc.
Hit and Run approach
It supports the traditional method in such types of projects so as to reach quick results by taking preventive measures to avoid not only deficiencies’ reoccurrence but ensure their administrative processing through a management system of high quality deliverables.
